To be able to adjust the valves of the Malaguti Password 250 you need to open the compartment under the saddle and remove the helmet compartment below, together with the panel located behind the footrest compartment. In this way, it will be possible to remove the side cover that covers the camshaft pulley: this must be rotated so that the two references coincide, since the piston must be brought to the top dead center. Only now will it be possible to check the valve clearance using a feeler gauge and adjust them as needed; then it will be possible to re-mount all the removed parts.
