To replace the battery on this vehicle model yourself, follow the instructions and steps outlined below for the correct replacement procedure. The battery is located in the engine compartment on the left side.

Use a wrench to remove the upper support plate, then disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Remove the battery from its housing and replace it with the new one. Connect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, and finally reattach the support plate.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
