To adjust the clock on a Maruti Vitara Brezza, turn on the ignition by inserting the key. Once the instrument cluster is powered on, press and hold both buttons located on the sides of the cluster until the hours start to blink. You can change the hours by turning the knob on the right side of the instrument cluster. To adjust the minutes, press both buttons again until they start to blink, and then modify the minutes by turning the knob.
