Let's see how to replace the external rearview mirror of a Mazda CX-5: first of all, we need to remove the triangular plastic panel inside the door, where the mirror rests. It is fixed by clips at the connection points, and must be removed gently. Once this is done, we will see three bolts that secure the mirror to the door; unscrew them and then disconnect the electrical connector that powers the direction indicators and the direction motor. Before positioning the new mirror (which we will have found on Auto-doc. It with the EAN code 4059191683222 at the price of 73.99 euros + 9.95 euros for delivery), make sure that the electrical connector is easily accessible and passes through the door hole; reconnect it before screwing in the bolts.
