How to Use the Infotainment System on a Mazda CX-5

To use the infotainment system on the Mazda CX-5, the main control is the knob located on the centre console, designed to be used without taking your eyes off the road. To the right of the knob is a smaller volume knob, which can also turn off the screen if it distracts you. Above the knob is the "home" button to return to the main screen, followed by the "back" button to go back; "music" opens the audio sources directly; "Nav" opens navigation, while the star button gives access to your favourites: it is obviously a programmable button. With the knob, rotate to navigate through options and press to select. To tune the radio, press the "music" button, go to the radio screen, press the knob to open the menu, and choose "station list" or "manual search" to find a specific frequency. From the main menu, you will find the Keyless auto lock for locking the doors when you walk away from the vehicle, the adjustment for interior lights, and the indicator volume.
