Replacing the Key Battery on Mazda Cars

Extract the manual key from the casing by slightly opening the clip on the back and pulling out the manual spare key as shown in the video. Use any fine tool that can be inserted into the key slot to lever it out, such as a small flat screwdriver or a plastic wedge (some can do this by hand). Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the sought-after battery, which you can now extract from its seat and replace with the new one you purchased. Reassemble the remote by reversing the process, and you're done.
