How to Replace the Battery on a Mazda CX-5

Model: Mazda CX-5 MK 1, KE - Years 2012-2017

The battery of the Mazda CX-5 is located in the engine bay, centrally just under the windscreen. To access it, you will need to open the bonnet: disconnect the cables connected to the terminals on the top of the battery. Once the cables are disconnected, you can loosen the securing screws that hold the battery in its housing and remove it. The new battery can then be placed in its housing, connecting it to the appropriate cables and securing it with the previously removed bolts.
