In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the service light on a Mazda 5. Before performing this simple and quick operation, ensure that all maintenance tasks have been completed. Start by inserting the key but keep it in the initial position. Then, press the brake and accelerator pedals down fully, and simultaneously turn on the ignition. Maintain pressure on both pedals for about 20 seconds and turn off the ignition as soon as the service light starts to flash. Finally, release the pedals and turn the ignition back on.
