Replace the brake shoes on a Mazda Bongo by lifting the vehicle so that the wheel corresponding to the shoes being replaced is off the ground. Once the wheel is lifted, remove it by unscrewing the bolts to access the components at the back. Here, unscrew the bolts securing the top of the drum and remove it to access the underlying shoes. Disconnect the shoes from their respective spring and replace them with the new parts. After replacement, reinstall all the removed components.
