Replacing the front brake pads on the Mazda CX-9 is done by lifting the car with a jack or bridge, so that the corresponding wheel is not in contact with the floor. After the wheel has been lifted, it will be possible to loosen the wheel bolts and remove it completely: in this way you will have access to the components in its rear part. The brake caliper will be removed by loosening the bolts, so as to be able to extract the pads inside it; in this way you can insert the new pads by also mounting the corresponding wheel.
