How to replace the cabin filter on the Mazda CX-5

Let's see how to replace the cabin air filter on the Mazda CX-5: this filter is located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. You will need to empty and remove the glove box to access the compartment where it is placed. Removing it is very easy, as the glove box is made of soft material, so you just need to push the sides inwards to easily take the glove box out of its housing, then slide it sideways to remove the latch and it's done. The filter compartment does not have a cover; simply pull it out, clean the area with compressed air to remove dust and dirt, and then insert the new filter, ensuring the arrows point downwards. You can then replace the glove compartment. Job done.
