Replacing Number Plate Bulbs

Model: Mazda Cx 7 MK 1 - Years 2006-2012
Part: License plate light

Replacing the number plate bulbs is very simple and does not require removing any trim. Open the rear bonnet to access the bulb holder more easily. Pry along both sides of the transparent cover of the bulb holder to detach it and access the bulb. Extract the old bulb (T10 fitting) and insert the new one, then reposition the transparent protective cover. If you notice a significant difference in brightness between the new bulb and the other, it is advisable to replace the latter as well.
