If one of the devices in your Mazda 3 has suddenly stopped working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective fuses, the diagrams for which are indicated in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the outer panel of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is positioned in the engine bay, protected by the black plastic cover near the battery. Ensure you replace any blown fuse with a spare of the same amperage to avoid causing any damage.
