How to Replace the Cabin Pollen Filter

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008
Part: Cabin air filter

Locate the cabin pollen filter, which in this case is situated behind the glove compartment. Open the glove compartment and, pressing the clips on either side, pull it towards you to remove it from its housing. Identify the cover of the filter housing and remove it by simply pulling it off. Now pull the filter towards you to remove it from its housing. Take the new filter and insert it into the housing in the same position as the old one. Finally, repeat the previous steps in reverse order. The maintenance operation shown in the images is performed on a Mazda 6.
