Replacing the car airbag

Replacing the airbag is not too difficult, and doing it yourself can save you a significant amount. The first technical step is to remove the steering column cover. To do this, secure the car to avoid any unpleasant issues or surprises. Then, gently pull the steering wheel cover while turning it to remove it comfortably. Next, disconnect the two pins that hold the airbag in place by pivoting on the metal clips inside the two holes. This will allow you to remove the old airbag and insert the new one you purchased.
