Replacing Indicator Bulbs

Model: Mazda 6 MK 1, GG - Years 2002-2008
Part: Side marker bulb

First, disconnect the battery connectors to protect all electrical components. Next, remove the screws securing the headlamp to the front bumper, as well as the bolts at the bottom of the bumper and the clips that secure the wing to the bumper, allowing you to completely remove it with a firm pull outward. Once removed, be careful to disconnect the indicator connectors. Now, remove the indicators by freeing them directly from the levers on the inside of the bumper. You can now replace the bulbs and reassemble everything by following the steps in reverse.
