Replacing the Rear Light

Model: Mazda 3 BK, MK 1 - Years 2003-2009

Open the boot lid and locate the rear of the light that needs replacing. You will need to remove the hard panel around the boot lid by simply unscrewing the clips on the sides. This will allow you to disconnect the plugs that power the light. Now unscrew the nuts that secure the light in position, allowing you to extract the light from the front. You can now carry out all necessary replacements; for the bulbs, you will need to remove the rear cover to extract them completely.
