How to disassemble the alternator of the Mercedes A-Class 180

In this guide, we will see the instructions useful for disassembling and replacing the alternator of the Mercedes Class A 180. First, we open the car's engine hood and start disconnecting and removing the alternator belt, loosening the tensioner; then we disconnect the electrical connector located near the alternator and then unscrew its screws, as shown in the video. We then remove the alternator from the engine compartment, either repairing it or replacing it with a new original one; we apply the reverse process for reassembly!
