Manually Unlock the Automatic Transmission on a Mercedes C-Class

Do you want to manually unlock the automatic transmission on a Mercedes C-Class? Let's see how to do it in this video. First, grab the shift knob and position it vertically. Then, detach the leather boot cover from the edge of the center console using a plastic trim tool. To unlock it: push the plastic lever located inside the center console as shown in the video, and move the shift knob through the various gear positions. Finally, reattach the previously removed leather boot: snap the clips around the frame with slight pressure.
