How do you remove the rear bumper of the Mercedes M-Class?

In order to replace the rear bumper of the Mercedes M-Class, you need to loosen the screws that hold it to its housing: these screws will be located inside the rear wheel arches and at the bottom of the bumper itself. Once these screws have been loosened, you can detach the inner side panels of the trunk, so that the screws holding it from the top can be loosened. At this point, you can insert the new replacement piece into its seat, securing it with the appropriate screws that have just been loosened.
