How do the Mercedes multibeam LED headlights work?

In this video we see how the Multibeam headlights work specifically on Mercedes vehicles. It is a device designed to automatically and instantly adjust the distribution of light based on road and traffic conditions, using a camera placed on the top of the windshield. Each optical group is composed of 24 LEDs, each individually controlled by software to contribute to the adjustment of the size and shape of the light beam. They are activated from the "light settings" menu, allowing for optimal illumination of roundabouts and curves, with higher light intensity on highways, and according to weather conditions, in case of fog or bad weather, and optimal road illumination in urban areas; the various functions are indicated on the display.
