How to Replace the Console on a Mercedes Sprinter

To perform this replacement, you will first need to remove the glove compartment/cup holder. Then, shift the gear lever to the "NEUTRAL" position. Next, remove the screws securing the panel at the four corners, and also remove the ring at the base of the gear lever. Now, pull the panel away to remove it completely and disconnect the connectors at the back. Repeat the same operation for the climate control controls to extract the entire block and disconnect it from the connectors at the back. The climate control controls can be used even without the front panel.
