Replace the gear knob of the Mercedes Viano.

Model: Mercedes Viano MK 1, W639 - Years 2003-2013

Over time and frequent use, the gear knob of the Mercedes Viano can wear out and take on a bad appearance to the point of requiring replacement. To remove it, start by removing the cover where the gear shift pattern is screen printed using a flathead screwdriver, with a T20 torx key unscrew the screw at the top of the knob so we can remove the old knob, being careful of the spring underneath. Now take the new knob and insert it onto the gear lever, compressing the spring, tighten it by tightening the torx screw and put back the cover with the gear shift pattern.
