The tutorial in question shows how to reset the maintenance light of a Mercedes Sprinter car. Get into the vehicle, press the Start button once to turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Use the arrow buttons on the left side of the steering wheel to navigate through the settings menu.

Select the "maintenance/service" option and scroll to "reset service"; hold down the "ok" button, after a few seconds you will see the reset confirmation request, then press "ok" again to confirm the operation. Turn off and on the instrument panel to verify the outcome.
