To safely replace the cabin air filter in your Mercedes E-Class W124, you need to follow the procedure described in our new guide. After lifting the front hood completely and placing the appropriate safety support, locate the protective grille located at the top of the engine compartment.

At this point, proceed with the removal of the sheath and the grille itself, then locate the cabin air filter and replace it with a new one that is perfectly compatible. Finally, reassemble the previously removed components and you're done.
