2911 Air Suspension Pump Repair

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 4, W220 - Years 1999-2005

If the vehicle has issues with the suspension, do not drive it as it may cause damage to the fenders. The first thing to check is the 40 Amp fuse related to the Airmatic pump. If the fuse is blown, try replacing it, but it may blow again; I suggest taking the car to the dealer for inspection as it indicates a serious problem. There may be simple pressure leaks in the air tube connections, but the worst issue could be a faulty Airmatic pump. To replace this pump, you need to have the replacement part, so lift the vehicle on a lift and proceed with the replacement.
