How do you replace the battery in the remote key for your Mercedes A-Class? Let's see how to do it. Take your ignition remote and pull out the metal key. Once the metal key is removed, insert it into the remote's slot and press inside. When you hear a click, it means the cover is open. Use a small screwdriver to extract the worn battery and take a new one of the same type, then replace it. Reattach the cover on your remote by pressing on the key case until you hear the locking click. Check the key's proper functioning.
