The viscous fan of the Mercedes 410D is installed on the vehicle to cool it when the engine temperature is high, and the heat increases the viscosity of the engine oil and fluids. The fan is mounted on the camshaft near the vehicle's timing belt pulley, using a flat-head screwdriver and a Torx T20 key to secure the fan nut to the vehicle. For its operation, connect the sensor. If it does not work, check the related fuse; if it is blown, replace it with one of the same amperage.
