How to Reset the Service Light on the Mercedes E-Class W214

Let's see how to reset the service light on a Mercedes E-Class W214. Turn on the ignition, press the "home" button on the control panel to the left of the steering wheel (the one with the house icon). Use the rotary selector to navigate the dashboard menu until you find "maintenance/Assyst-plus." Press the "ok" button to enter the menu and then select "reset service" and confirm again by pressing "ok." The system will ask you to select the type of service performed (service A or service B with oil/filter change). Choose the correct option and confirm. Exit the menu by pressing the "back" button on the control panel to the left.
