If you own a Mercedes E-Class W214 and want to replace the battery inside the car key yourself, all you have to do is read the following guide and follow all the described steps. First, take the car remote and press the button located on the back of the cover to easily remove the physical emergency key. Once you have done this, remove the back cover and then remove the small battery door protection cap. Finally, replace the dead battery with a new one (CR2032 model).
