Remote Battery Replacement for A-Class W180

To replace the battery in the remote for this vehicle, follow these steps. Remove the metal key from inside the remote by pressing the release lever next to it. Once removed, use a small screwdriver or similar tool to pry open the front cover of the remote from the slot. After removing it, take out the battery from its compartment and replace it with one of the same specifications; reinsert it, ensuring the correct orientation of the battery, and then reattach the remote cover by applying light pressure until you hear a slight "click."
