Replacing the Fan Resistor on a Class B

Model: Mercedes Classe B W245, MK 1 - Years 2005-2011

Replacing the fan resistor in your car? Remove the fan resistor on the Class B. Disconnect the cover located at the bottom of the centre tunnel, and locate the air fan resistor. Remove the resistor from its housing without damaging the plastics. Fit a new resistor in the dedicated space. Check the correct installation of the previously mounted parts. Cover the new resistor with the protection. Turn on the instrument panel, then the car fan, and check the operation of the car's ventilation. Turn off the instrument panel after the test.
