Today we will see how to remove the starter motor of a Mercedes E-Class 220 W210. First we go to open and lift the engine hood: then we remove the plastic protection of the engine, unscrewing the screws and remove the screws of the intake sleeve that we find underneath. We try to remove the cables, in order to access the starter motor; let's disconnect its electrical connector and with a socket wrench with extension we try to unscrew its fixing screws, also accessing it from the lower part of the car. We just have to remove it and replace it with the new one.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
