How to Close or Open the Convertible Top on a Mercedes SL 560

In this video, see how to close or open the convertible top on a Mercedes SL 560, first series, by following the instructions below. First, remove the fastening pins of the top using the appropriate key, located above the sun visors; then, once the top is detached from the front, remove it from the side, as shown in the video. At this point, insert it into its compartment by opening the side pillars; all that’s left is to close them by rotating the side lever. To reinstall the top, simply apply the reverse procedure!
