To close and secure the convertible top manually, first obtain the specific key included in the tool kit: it has a fork on one end and a hex wrench on the other. Start by releasing the latches of the top cover near the support pillars of the top itself, lift the cover, and remove the top; lower and secure the cover, then open the top and latch it at the front, securing it with the appropriate latches using the hex wrench. Next, latch the rear and tension it using the adjusters located in the trunk, near the hinges of the hatch.
