How to Replace the Battery in a Mercedes GLA 180

Before you begin, open the front bonnet of your Mercedes GLA 180. Start by unclipping and removing the upper battery cover. Next, unclip and remove the cover over the positive terminal. Then, unscrew and remove the screws securing the terminals to the battery, and disconnect them. At this point, unscrew and remove the lower bolt that secures the battery, then extract the battery from its housing, completing the disassembly. To install the new battery, simply reverse these instructions, and you will have completed the replacement.
