How to Replace the Lift Cylinders for the Mercedes SL Convertible Top

To replace the lift cylinders for the Mercedes SL convertible top, loosen the screws located at the top of the door pillar and remove all the covering panels from the rear of the car, taking out the corresponding bolts. Once the panels are removed, disconnect the related connectors as well. Removing the panels will provide access to the lower part of the cylinders, near the door pillars. By loosening the screws shown in the tutorial, you can extract the cylinders from their housing and replace them.
