Replacing the Air Filter on a Mercedes GL

Model: Mercedes Gl MK 1, X164 - Years 2006-2012

Working with the engine off and the handbrake engaged, lift the bonnet and secure it. Start by removing the support bracket located under the bonnet, beginning from the driver's side, unscrewing the bolts using two spanners. Unscrew the small screw shown in the video located on the passenger side to completely remove that arm. Now, remove the air duct by unscrewing the 7 mm screw. Disconnect the air filter connector and follow the steps shown until you extract the filter box, then open it and replace the filter. For reassembly, proceed in reverse.
