To install the roof bars on the Mercedes-Benz B-Class, lift the four covers located on the trim pieces on the roof. Then, lift the covers at the ends of the bars to rotate the underlying mechanism. This will allow you to insert the pins into their housings; once inserted, you will need to rotate them to prevent them from coming out. After the bars are installed, you can lower the covers at their ends and optionally position a roof box on top of them.
