Replacing the Spiral Contact / Steering Angle Sensor of the Mercedes CLK W209

Model: Mercedes Clk W209, A209, C209 - Years 2002-2010

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the spiral contact or steering angle sensor of the Mercedes CLK W209, second series. First, get into the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel airbag, disconnecting the electrical connector found at the back; then, undo the central bolt to remove the steering wheel. Next, unscrew the screws of the steering angle sensor, disconnecting the electrical wiring; replace it with the new one and reassemble the airbag and steering wheel, following the video tutorial to the end!
