Replacing the Car Radio on a Mercedes S-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 4, W220 - Years 1999-2005

Remove the lower part of the center dashboard by unscrewing the two side screws, as shown in the video. Once done, you can pull out the radio trim from the bottom by hand (work gently to avoid damaging the clips). At this point, you will have access to the screws that secure the radio in place. Unscrew them and remove the radio. While doing this, remember to disconnect the rear cables (antenna and power connectors). Done! To install a new radio equivalent to the original, simply reverse the process.
