Adjusting Glove Box Lock

If the glove box door opens with difficulty and tends to vibrate, generating an annoying noise while driving, it is necessary to adjust the locking system: once the glove box is open, you may notice that the eyelet to which the lock's hook attaches moves significantly; this eyelet is secured with a screw, so it is sufficient to tighten the relevant fixing screw to eliminate the play and fix everything. It is advisable to apply thread lock to prevent it from loosening again.
