To remove the trim on the door panel (in this case with a wood effect finish), you first need to remove the door panel: this is quite simple, start by removing the cover of the internal handle, under which there are two screws securing the panel; once these screws are removed, unclip the retaining clips and pull the panel away from its housing, disconnecting the lock cable and connectors. At this point, to remove the trim, simply pull out the corresponding clips: these are snap washers that can be removed with a small screwdriver.
