Instructions for Removing the Door Panel

Model: Mercedes Clk A208, W208, C208 - Years 1997-2003
Part: Door trim panel

To remove the door panel, first remove the insert located just above the lock, at the corner of the panel. Then, take off the plastic cover around the lock itself. Next, disconnect the cap on the leather insert and the internal handle grip to unscrew the screws underneath. At this point, release the clips along the edges of the panel (use a plastic lever to avoid scratching the bodywork) to detach it from its location and disconnect the cable from the opening handle to complete the removal.
