Replacing the auxiliary belt on a Mercedes B-Class is very simple. First, lift the front of the car, ensuring you take all necessary safety precautions. Once done, locate the belt on the lower right side of the engine. Use a long 15 mm spanner to engage the tensioner bolt, pull it towards you by turning the spanner clockwise, and release the belt from the pulleys. Similarly, insert and attach the replacement belt, ensuring it is perfectly aligned.
