Operation: How to disassemble the cigarette lighter socket in the Mercedes E-Class?

In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the cigarette lighter socket in the Mercedes E-Class W210, a very simple and fast operation. We first loosen the lower gear knob ring, then remove the gear knob from the shaft and disengage the base from the console. We then unscrew the two screws indicated with a simple cross-tipped screwdriver, separate the entire block and disconnect the cigarette lighter socket connector. To remove the latter it will be sufficient to push it outwards, while it will be sufficient to follow the reverse procedure to recompose everything.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
