Raise the vehicle on a lift and remove the rear wheel, remove the fixing pins of the brake caliper to its support, remove the caliper and remove the old pads; then remove the support itself and the pin fixing the disc to the hub; give a few blows with the hammer to remove the disc and before installing the new one, clean the hub seat from any residual rust and apply grease to prevent its formation; then apply the new disc fixing it with a new pin to the hub, install the caliper support, insert the new sliding plates and the new pads, re-enter the caliper piston with the special tool to rotate the piston itself and mount the gripper on the holder.
