The engine air filter inside your Mercedes E-Class W212 (year 2009-2016) must be replaced periodically in order to protect the engine from overheating which could lead to a loss of power or worse consequences. All you have to do is lift the front hood all the way up and locate the filter box located underneath the large central cover present. Immediately afterwards disconnect the tube connected to it and proceed with the removal of the lid of the box itself. Finally, also remove the filter inside it and replace it with a new one.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
