To change the gearbox oil on a Mercedes-Benz B-Class, lift the car to access the components underneath the engine bay. Here, you will need to loosen the bolt securing the drain plug of the gearbox oil reservoir; allow all the used oil to flow into a suitably placed container beneath the drain plug.

Once all the oil has drained out, you can insert the new oil: to do this, insert a tube into the drain vent and push the oil in using a pump.
