In this very short tutorial it is shown how to change one of the two lights that illuminate the rear license plate of a Mercedes M-Class. Once you have identified the light to be replaced, open the rear trunk lid so that you can work more comfortably. With the help of a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws that secure the small lamp holder and remove it. Remove and replace the non-functioning bulb and replace it with a completely new one. Finally, put the lamp holder back in its housing and screw the two star head screws that block it.
